(URGENT) MY HDD is failing as we speak, IDE / SATA error?

all of a sudden everything was fine then i got this message saying Hard Drive Failure: The system has detected a problem with one or more installed IDE / Sata hard disks it is recommended that you restart the system then all my desktop icons started dissapearing and my computer said the RAM memory usage is cricially high. Ram memory failure. i restarted my computer and a windows recovery came up i clicked fix errors however it couldnt fix the following 5
Boot sector of the hard drive disk is damaged – critical error
Read time of hard drive clusters less than 500ms – critical error
Bad sectors on hard drive or damaged file allocation table – critical error
30% of the HDD space is unreadable – critical error
then down the bottom of my screen i get other messages like your private data is at risk etc etc.

can someone help me asap please! also my desktop is just covered in black with 1/4 of my icons the other 3/4 are gone..

I downloaded malwarebytes and ran a quick scan it finished and got 30 or so problems and removed them i restarted my computer and all the problems were still there.

you need a new hard drive, simple as that
that one is broken, worn out and useless now.

You seriously need a new hard drive. No software will fix a failing hard drive. If there is data you really need you may be able to copy it to a CD. Just remember that the longer that drive stays on the more you could potentially lose.
